Artists of all ages are inspired and motivated by the immediacy and power of communicating with a live audience. At SSPA, every student will enjoy a culminating live performance project regardless of the number of weeks enrolled. The Summer School for the Performing Arts offers two-week, four-week, and six-week sessions.

SSPA 2023 ENROLLMENT OPTIONS

All companies offer Musical Theater, Dramatic Acting, Technical Theater & Playwriting concentrations for students entering Grades 3-11

6 Weeks - Musical Theater & Dramatic Acting, Technical Theater, Film Production, and Junior Leadership Intensive

4 Weeks - Musical Theater & Dramatic Acting, Technical Theater*,

and Film Production*

• July 3 - July 29

• July 17 - August 12

2 Weeks - Dramatic Acting 10 (Ten Minute Plays), Film Production*

• July 3 - July 14

• July 17- July 28

• July 31 - August 12

Senior Internship (Rising Gr 12 only; application required)

• 4 or 6 week Internship

Note: All 4-week and 6-week sessions include Saturday performances.

*Technical Theater and Film Production is for students ages 12 and older
